Emissions Testing

In most, if not all states, motor vehicles are required by law to be in safe operating condition whenever they are driven on highways or public streets. To help achieve safety status, vehicles will need to pass an emissions test. Not all states, Oklahoma for example, require the emissions test, which to this day sparks debate. Most "green" drivers feel that emissions testing should be a regular practice enforced by all states, because this particular test shows how much of the vehicle's exhaust is contaminated and in turn, polluting the air.
