Oklahoma Cellphone Laws

Talk about a hot topic to NOT talk on your cellphone about cellphone laws! These laws are ranked high on the list in traffic debates right now. Currently, Oklahoma has no statewide law banning the use of cellphones while driving, but they do have some primary cellphone usage laws in place for bus drivers and those with a learners permit.
